I don't know if this exists already, but I imagine a headless browser on a server that when it loads content will:
1. always start a new session,
2. fuzz the user agent data (load with different sizes, fake the browser, etc),
3. grab the content minus the ads and fluff, and send it along to the client.
This could be quite private (no fingerprinting, though IP address would be a potential tracking vector).
