Radio amateur since 2024, interested in portable operation, building antennas and telegraphy. Linux user and FOSS fan.
So far, I've only really been involved in SSB, FM, and CW, but from now on, I'm going to make it a rule to boycott proprietary modes. Amateur radio should be open.
And I also consider modes whose developers disregard the GPL and do not publish the source code to be proprietary, just saying. #hamradio #foss
