Noteworthy: multiple sightings of #DHS/#ICE personnel who work out of the Embassy in Ottawa have been seen around town - armed, in DIRECT VIOLATION of international agreements. These are supposed to be #HSI agents only, but clearly the Americans have been playing fast and loose with that. Highest concentration of sightings is in Byward Market, followed by high traffic arteries in town.
