Something that irritates me a lot is other founders assuming we can’t think business because we are software developers that believe in open source and communities.
There was this one who defined “open source” as a trend that’s no longer trendy, and insisted on the idea that such trend would get in a business way of producing value. What? 
I think he really meant he was afraid of not having IP ownership that he could sell later on.
