Mini-review of "Implanted" by Lauren C. Teffeau
This one was recommended by Sarena Ulibarri in a list of "The Best #Solarpunk Books"
Now I've finished it and my first thought is: why? This is very much a cyberpunk story with a bit of rather depressing clifi. She's entitled to her taste and opinion, but I do quite disagree with the label. The work has one good thing going for it: it explores cybernetically enhanced intimacy pretty much from start to finish.
