I feel like I would have been fine with Universes Beyond had they kept it contained to Commander decks and Secret Lairs that are easy to ignore. But the quest for more money is never ending and if you can force players to buy your expensive crossover set, of course a corporation is going to do it. Gotta give it to the people who were haters from the very beginning, they really got this one right #mtg #magicthegathering

Maybe the tepid response to Spider-Man/TMNT will make them at least cool back on how many UB sets they do. But given that Mark Rosewater said that Spider-Man still outsold Edge of Eternities, that tepid response may still have been enough to make it worthwhile even if they overprinted it relative to demand
