Descriptions of rooms 3-26 to 4-1 (Spoilers) #dungeon23

Room 4-2: Berry Hoard
This room is packed wall to wall with bins of stolen fruit from the underground orchard. There are so many in fact, that you can’t imagine they can all be eaten before they begin to spoil #dungeon23

Room 4-3: Precipice
A twisting tunnel path extends into the void beyond. #dungeon23

Room 4-4: The Lift Car
Amid the void, a small room is suspended on cables against an ancient scaffold. Inside, an ancient skeleton in fine robes is entombed with piles of treasure. #dungeon23

Room 4-5: The Narrow Ways
A maze of tight corridors that overly laden explorers won’t be able to navigate. #dungeon23

Room 4-6: Uglut’s Altar
A small temple with a pile of offerings, presumably to the corpulent goblin depicted in a carving on the altar. #dungeon23

Room 4-7: Hall of Demands
A small preparation chamber sits in the middle of a passageway, with only a stained counter and locked chest. In the distance, a voice shouts angrily in an unusual language. #dungeon23

Room 4-8: Uglut’s Throne
This once-opulent room has fallen into a state of disarray, presumably by its resident, an angry and wizened goblin. #dungeon23

Room 4-9: Hall of the Unspoiled
Four bodies lie on stone plinths, dead for an unknown amount of time, but showing no signs of decomposition. #dungeon23

Room 4-10: Hall of Rot
This rooms stands in stark contrast to its predecessor, exhibiting signs of extreme decomposition, including desiccated corpses, fungal growth, and thick cobwebs. #dungeon23

Room 4-11: Rusted Pendulum
A large metal cylinder lies on its side, surrounded by walls stained with rust. Despite its state, this room bears an uneasy symmetry with the farthest room to the east. #dungeon23

Room 4-12: Unfinished Hall
This gallery of honor or perhaps place of worship bears the hallmarks of an abandoned project, while its undead workers still shamble around the site. #dungeon23

Room 4-13: The Crossroads
A lone signpost stands in a cave leading off in three directions, its writing largely weathered away. #dungeon23

Room 4-14: Refuse Pile
Cast off food and goods fester in this niche. #dungeon23

Room 4-15: Washout Bridge
A narrow bridge spanning the void has been cut in two by a waterfall at its west side. #dungeon23

Room 4-16: Goblin Town Square
A wide, low cavern with many ins and outs; centered on a small pool and statue, with goblins casually milling about. #dungeon23

Room 4-17: Skulldugger’s Assortment
A young goblin has set up shop in this carved out chamber, catering to explorers and thieves. #dungeon23

Room 4-18: Scavenger’s Guildhall
An unusually organized space for goblin adventurers, including tables and desks and a large map of the surrounding caverns. #dungeon23

Room 4-19: The Warrens
A large cave with some improvements made to house several goblins, with sleeping and dining areas. #dungeon23

Room 4-20: Cont’s Quarters
This large room has been furnished for someone of importance, with dining and meeting space, a lofted sleeping area, and several treasures and documents on display, giving insights into the goblin city. #dungeon23

Room 4-21: Escape Route
A winding hall and stairs lead to a hidden ledge and knotted rope for a quick exit from the goblin city. #dungeon23

Room 4-22: The Shrine to Huskot
A mural of a heroic goblin and flanking statues obstruct passage to a staircase deeper into the dungeon. #dungeon23

Room 4-23: Packing Room
Several open crates and casks stand across from a work table, while a goblin sentry guards the deeper reaches of the caves. #dungeon23

Room 4-24: The Warehouse
A sizable cavern that has been further excavated to hold piles of boxes and barrels, with an ominous, rusted patch of ceiling over one section. #dungeon23

Room 4-25: The Forges
A wave of heat emanates from three metalworking stations; a long workbench is littered with craftsperson’s tools. #dungeon23

Room 4-26: Wotzyurz’s Mine
Rich veins of metal run through this excavated side of the void, while a lone goblin works tirelessly: pickaxe in one hand, a fine cut amethyst in the other. #dungeon23

Room 4-27: Design Archive
This room is lined with shelves full of schematics for tools and weapons. A strange smell emanates from a locked door to the east. #dungeon23

Room 4-28: The Studio
A strange mix of a shrine and study, a brazier burns with shifting hues of flame and smoke in front of a simple writing desk. #dungeon23

Room 4-29: The Smelter
A large, superheated pit of slag and an assortment of tools stand ready to refine raw ore into workable metal. #dungeon23

Room 4-30: Soothing Spring
The waters in this small cave are a perfect place to relax and recover. #dungeon23

Room 5-1: Cistern
A small section of floor overlooks a deep reservoir of water. Burglar’s gear and a concealed door to the south give the semblance of a staging area. #dungeon23

Room 5-2: The Grand Stair
A stone staircase descends into a room with knee-deep water that flows in through the east wall. #dungeon23

Room 5-3: Sunken Path
This room seems relatively simple, with only one door out across the shallow waters; but secrets lie above and below the surface. #dungeon23

Room 5-4: Hall of Moments
A twisting hallway shows scenes from the life of a renowned goblin, leading to a large, unassuming door being puzzled over by a party of goblins. #dungeon23

Room 5-5: The Hidden Pool
An underwater tunnel leads to a new section of Huskot’s tunnel, with statues of the hero in pain and despair, and exits to the south and east. #dungeon23

Room 5-8: Tunnel, West End
A rock fall and a bloom of sleep-inducing mushrooms impedes progress in this direction. #dungeon23

Room 5-9: Ambusher’s Lookout
Some redcaps taking up residence near the tunnel are using this spot to scout opportunities for easy looting. #dungeon23

Room 5-10: Tunnel, East End
A low, repeating rumble shakes stones loose in this section of the tunnel. #dungeon23
