After a day of thinking, I’ve formulated my two items we should discuss for retrospective.
1. Not all changes start with business analysis.
2. Backlog is more central than team’s past experiences make it.
With the day’s exercise, we would serve future by acknowledging mistakes we made. Raising the ‘business analyst’ as leader when we had a ‘quality due to technology’ problem. Building on handoffs. And not focusing in smaller batches in defining.
