I need a little Linuxy audio assistance this AM.

Does anyone know what steps I need to take to get Speaker and Headphones on the same Profile here? Is there a way to edit these profiles? I tried messing about with pavucontrol and alsamixer, but I didn't see a setting to edit them.

It gives me fits when I have my external monitor plugged in...which I never wanna use for sound. I have to select the top profile to use Headphones, and the second profile to use the laptop speakers, instead of it auto swapping between headphones and speakers when I plug them in like a normal laptop.
