Loving the trend of all of these new free lightweight apps, both human and AI coded. Just in the past few months:

How about audiocapture? https://github.com/masonasons/AudioCapture and, though still in beta, NVDARC? https://testflight.apple.com/join/edg8YSeU not to mention NVDA Remote Companion https://github.com/gozaltech/NVDARemoteCompanion which is moving along quite nicely.
