This is a great time to remind all of you that I do work in (US) medical billing and am always willing to help if you need assistance with understanding how your insurance processed a claim, what your benefits mean, or appealing a denial of a prior auth or claim.
They make the process difficult on purpose. They want you to just accept denials. You do not have to.
