TIL that the California PUC really dialed back the utility of Net Metering in 2023 when they approved NEM 3.0

I’ve heard that Oregon is considering doing something similar and I’m going to have to become more aware and help organize push-back because this seems like a load of baloney.

Californians should get their legislators to push back on this industry boondoggle.
