What’s the course like? It’s one I’m hoping I might get to try at some point this year.

Not posted about #parkrun much recently but I’ve been plodding on. This week saw me back at Colchester Castle. 4th time there, 4th different route. I feel like my new challenge is how many times I can do it without doing a route more than once.

Never mind the gold medal winner, the athlete in last place at the Olympics 10k beat my #parkrun 5k time this morning
