I liked the latest insider episode. I kept thinking “I wish had paid as much attention to customer feedback on last year‘s rewrite as he seems to have on restaurant 2.0.“ On the bright side, maybe his experience with Overcast informed his approach to restaurant ownership and his customers are the ones benefitting.
