Zepbound update!
27 pounds lost in 14 weeks. Not too fuckin’ shabby.
After 14 weeks, I’d gotten used to the feeling of being full or very slightly nauseous. The other day I seriously overate (for what my body actually wanted/needed). Holy mother of god. I was sick to my stomach for 48 hours. I’m still feeling queasy.
Zepbound is no joke. I have a friend that had a gastric bypass. He says it’s very much the way he feels if he overeats. Except he risks physical damage to his body. That won’t happen with Zepbound (unless you get dehydrated).
So the TL;DR version is this: there’s no “getting used to” Zepbound to the point where it stops working. At least not 14 weeks in, on 30 units per week.
