I got a haircut today!! It was so overdue and I didn't have to listen to someone talk about how they love ICE to do it! Glad to live back in Portland.

I think I metabolize a lot more slowly than I used to. That probably explains why I'm up at 4am when I had some coffee at 10am.

I'm working on drinking water, but I definitely need to figure out how to incorporate more exercise into my life.
