I have now, about 8 (about halfway) minutes in, realized I had the heat too high on my home fries and they are the worst kind of burned;

Not QUITE burned.

Thats the worst kind of burned. Where, if I was cooking for someone else, I would just start again.

Since it’s just me? Soldiering on.
