I have mastodon.social blocked. Almost all of the awful things I read are from that instance. If you're reading this and are on mastodon.social, it's most likely nothing personal against you.
I don't know the percentage of users in the retro space on Twitch that have "Retro", "Gamer", "The", "That", "Chick", "Girl", "Guy", "Dude", "Mom", or "Dad" in their usernames, but it's too damn many.
The number of times I've seen streamers call someone "Retro" in chat when that could be four or five people has been way too high.
Being that, "I can't tell you apart," usually comes from a place of racism, it feels weird to say it, but ... I can't tell you apart.
