Für Android ist mir die App "GPSlogger" bekannt: https://gpslogger.app/
Das hatte ich in der Vergangenheit auch im Einsatz, installiert über den f-droid.org Store. Nach einstellbaren Kriterien wurden dann die GPS Dateien automatisch in mein nextcloud hochgeladen. Aktuell hab ich das nicht mehr im Einsatz, aber es wäre ein Test wert!
