Supernova+ posted info to their Telegram stating that Russia's MAX is basically a repackaged Telegram fork, under the control of the Russian FSB... which is essentially the FBI, CIA, and NSA all rolled into one. Supernova+ also released some really detailed information on MAX that #infosec , #admin , #security , #hackers , #freespeech #activist , etc. should be VERY interested in, including how to protect yourself from MAX, if you're required to install it. I translated/screen captured the info.
The #Trump #admin is expected to argue in court that companies lack standing to claim a refund if they passed the #tariff #costs to #consumers by charging more — which would be a hell of a thing considering Trump swore up & down that other countries were paying the #tariffs & that consumers wouldn’t be affected.

The #libssh team released version 0.12.0 and 0.11.4 including security fixes. Make sure to update. libssh is a C library implementing the SSH protocol.
