Printed Circuit Board fabrication is moving toward finer geometries, advanced materials, and highly automated production. HDI, substrate-like PCBs, and embedded components will enable smaller, faster electronics for AI, EVs, and IoT devices. Additive manufacturing, laser drilling, and AI-driven inspection will reduce defects and speed production. At the same time, greener chemistry, water recycling, and low-energy processes will drive more sustainable PCB factories.
