It has to know every little detail of your life in select the exactly right cookie at the exact right time for you to reject because in that moment you don't feel like a cookie.

It's the little old lady problem... she has to want to cross that exact street at that exact time, so randomly helping her across is annoying to her.

they appear to tweak their algo regularly and sometimes it's surprisingly good for me, but the most recent tweak (5-ish days ago?) has been an unmitigated disaster
