Making hamburger buns for the first time today. Accidentally divided the dough into 6 instead of 8 pieces, and their shape could very charitably be called rustic. Don't care. They're rising now and half are awaiting sesame seeds, and the other half will have everything bagel seasoning. So yeah, delicious.
