Microslop's CEO is on a roll!

Few weeks ago he begged us to stop using "slop" because it makes AIs sad. Days ago he complained "AI boom might falter" if we don't start using more spicy autocomplete.

Now he's begging developers to "do something useful" with lying machines, or they might lose the "social permission" to boil the planet. :blobcatgiggle:

What, is Microslop's Slopilot services not useful enough on their own? :blobcatthink:

In unrelated news, Microsoft is asking Microsoft Windows users to uninstall a recent Microsoft Windows update, issued and published by Microsoft, because said update is breaking Microsoft Windows.

Every single piece about this should be mentioning Satya Nadella bragging how 30% of new Microslop code is AI-generated:

Not providing this context is journalistic malpractice.

Quick "coding agents" FAQ

Q: Can I use AI/LLMs to write code?
A: Yes.

Q: Do those models/agents/tool allow me to fire developers?
A: You don't need permission by AI to fire developers.

Q: I mean, can I save money by using AI instead of developers?
A: If you measure "productivity" in "source lines of code", then yes.

Q: If more code is written by AI, how will this affect code quality?
A: After you fired enough developers, there will be nobody left to judge the "code quality" anyway.

Q: Help, my customers are complaining and wandering off.

sounds like a ripe time to switch to a Linux distro.

they built mechanisms to automatically distribute and install updates. Why weren't they smart enough to create "updates" that solely consist of rollbacks of other updates?
