Getting someone to review your app can feel like pulling teeth, so the idea is simple: devs help devs. Submit your app and each cycle a random app gets featured.
Hoping if enough apps get added organically, the reach grows beyond just the developers submitting.

Quick note about how it works.
Since there will likely be more apps than feature spots, it uses a lottery system. Each cycle randomly selects an app to feature.
Apps stay in the pool even if they win, so every draw is completely fair.
The goal is simple: make it easier for devs to support other devs.
