As we've been screaming for years—it was never about "legal immigration." It was always about banning all non-white immigration. The Democratic Establishment needs to take this seriously or these MAGA fascists absolutely will enact a full ban to make the USA a white ethnostate like Nazi Germany.

The "legal immigration problem" we might actually end up having is very talented people from other parts of the world no longer wanting to come here.

i would argue, it is already happening.

I live in Santa Clara County (aka Silicon Valley) and quite a few local "high-tech" businesses are dependent on hiring people from outside the U.S. on H-1B visas - our population went from 7.7% Asian in 1980 to 38.9% Asian in 2020
(last census), and most of that increase was due to immigration.
