For the purposes below, identifying as something OTHER than what you are registered as includes... for example... a registered Democrat being a Democratic Socialist for example. Or a registered Republican being a Libertarian for example. Or a Green, Socialist, Communist, etc. Basically anything OTHER than Democrat (for registered Democrats) or Republican (for registered Republicans).
