In 2017 I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder.

I'm sharing this with you because I want to start talking openly about it.

At the beginning of this year I started a journey of trying to improve my mental health through therapy and mindfulness classes. Maybe the lessons I'm learning and the positive takeaways can help others?

All I know is I'm done running from this. The world is getting dark, and I need to find the light within myself again.
