A few notes:

The one spam non-action was reported as spam for generally positive coverage of AI, but not automated or fast posting. Not a topic I agree with, but not spam.

The one limited was a reply guy, but a generally nice one. If someone chose to follow them, sure.

The one other non-action was written up as spam for posting Super Bowl commercials, which I agree people don't have to see, but also is pretty typical news coverage.

One of the spam reports was from an instance with a name that referenced sexual assault, so that whole instance was defederated.
