today i removed #pyenv, #rbenv, #nvm with #mise. much cleaner now

Never heard of mise until reading this. Interesting. I don't really use anything other than Python, Go, Bash, and Nushell, so I don't have a need for mise. I use uv and pipx to manage python packages and versions. I almost never have a need to use anything but the latest Python version, thankfully.

Go and Python is enough reason to bring mise.

It's not about your preferences, but for consistency between developers of the same project. Or, for you, to come back to older projects you have not touched for a while.

For Open Source and team-based projects it will be really nice to have as a standard.
